• The washer and dryer have legs that slide into a slot on the pedestal and then can tighten with screwdriver.

• Installation is easy. No kit necessary but putting the washing machine on top of it requires two strong backs. Ours was put in by Best Buy. there is some minor adjusting of the feet to insure that there is no wobble but it looked easy.
