My manual says the same thing, however, in the table of contents it clearly has an asterisk next to Wine Rack and Family Hub. Both of which did not come with my model. I would imagine that the manual applies to several different models and if you did not pay extra for the model that has a wine rack, then it was not included. I came here looking to see if I could purchase the rack separately.

Please try again later.To follow up, the manual covers many models by this manufacture and while the wine rack in the accessories installation section of the manual says it ships with the fridge the main page states it is only for applicable models. I followed up with Samsung support and confirmed this model does not come with a wine rack, and it is not compatible with this model either.

The user manual on page 54 clearly states 'The refrigerator ships with the wine rack, which can be positioned in one of 3 positions' This is under the words "Wine Rack" in bold. I dont think it could be more clearer. However, we discovered after our delivery that it was missing and it was noted in the manual so Best Buy owes us a wine rack!!!!
