Please try again later.Hi Fredgmus, There are a number of factors outside of the RF28HMELBSR that can affect its ability to connect to the Google calendar, such as the home's WiFi connection, the user's Google account or Google's server, etc. If the connection and set-up procedure from the User Manual are followed and the WiFi connection is established, it may be necessary to contact Google in addition to Samsung to help troubleshoot if the app is not working properly. Because of all these variables, each issue would need to be addressed on a case by case basis. Thanks for your interest, Ms. Samsung
