“Flex Zone not to temp - how to fix? Does anyone have same issue? I have this for two weeks. The temp in the Flex zone is at 37F which is the same as the refrigerator temp. I set the temp on the flex zone to be 29F/-1C for a week now. The area is only 1/4 to 1/3 fill and I make sure that the vents at the bottom are not block. Is there a way to fix this? Does anyone else have the same issue? Sales person at Best Buy said that it will not get that cool. He seems very knowledgeable, so I trust him to be right about this statement. Thing about returning it and get something else. I don't want to pay for something that doesn't work/as advertised.”

Don't know what is wrong with yours, but my wife sets ours at 29 degrees and the meat gets frozen, so your Best Buy guy is wrong - there is something wrong with yours - get it fixed before the warranty runs out!
