• Hi there, jdsfres! While the Meat setting on the Flex Drawer is below freezing temperature, frequent opening of the drawer and allowing warm air to enter could cause ice to begin the melting process. ^Jecca

• No for very long. I believe it’s because the draw is to large to keep the temperature constant.
