A:AnswerI'm happy to help with this! It is likely that these two symptoms may be related. However, I have separate troubleshooting guides for each that should help resolve these. First, here is the link for what to do when the ice maker is not working properly: https://bit.ly/3qAT9za. Next, I have this link (https://bit.ly/3y1v471) to some steps you can take if you're noticing frost in the freezer section. ^Jecca
A:AnswerNo.
The ice maker in my Samsung french door refrigerator has failed 3 times. I put a new ice maker in last year, and it failed again a year later. I'm looking at a fourth ice maker needed for this unit. I will likely put this pile of garbage on Craigslist Free and never purchase a Samsung appliance of any kind again.
A:AnswerYou should have asked that question when you purchased the item and yes it does move and it does wrong then it does wrong so I don't know about your floor
A:AnswerNot technically, but it is helpful. I have 36” and the doors open fine, but I cannot push my refrigerator all the way back, or the wall will prevent the door from opening all the way,
A:AnswerIf you like the fridge by it water dispenser you may not be using it just take the water pitcher and fill it with water if you want water in it
A:AnswerI'm happy to help with this, joes97! While we normally recommend allowing 24-48 hours after installation for ice production to begin, the auto-fill pitcher should fill as soon as it is installed. But I have some things I believe can help with all of this. First, this link (https://bit.ly/3g2vWB1) can walk you through what to do if your ice maker is still not producing ice. I also have this link (https://bit.ly/2TAui1U) that has information on what to do if the auto-fill pitcher does not fill. If for some reason these links do not resolve your issues, we're still here to help! Just reference ticket number 1143372320, and contact us through Facebook Messenger: http://m.me/samsungsupport; or Twitter: https://twitter.com/messages/compose?recipient_id=18768513. ^Jecca
A:AnswerHi Juuu1! I have 2 links I believe will help you resolve this issue. The first (https://bit.ly/3vYDtH8) has troubleshooting steps for when the ice maker is not working properly. The second (https://bit.ly/3uDCYlI) has steps that can help with the water not dispensing. You may find many of the steps to be similar as these 2 issues are often connected or even have the same cause. ^Jecca
A:AnswerYou can use plastic tubing. They sell refrigerator water install kits that have an assortment of fittings and enough 1/4 plastic hose that use need.
