I don't know where is the test button, mine had the same issue I found the water line valve wasn't open all the way when i turned it ice maker started to make very few first 24 hours then filled the bucket after 72 hours. I would say if you are sure about your water line and can feel water going through the line give it 72 hours to fill it but you should see every few hours drops of ice and hear it.
