There is an answer that talks to the difference between the speaker version and non, but that is indicated by the letter in the middle of the part number - "M" being no speaker and "N" having the speaker.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Samsung RF28N9780SR is the model we have. This model is the 2018 model. The RF28N9780SG is Samsung's 2017 version of the refrigerator. Both are almost identical the big difference is that the 2018 model they added a bigger and better speaker on the bottom of the refrigerator they've also made other improvements besides just the speaker. The speaker though is important if your going to be speaking into the refrigerator and letting it know what you need from it or what you need it to do.
