A:AnswerI had to do a lot of research before taking the plunge so I called Samsung and they told me that there was an issue with the ice makers but that it has since been fixed. As long as it comes with the ice max and not ice master it should be good. A lot of the stock photos have the ice master on them but mine came with the ice max! I was relieved to see that.
