QuestionI moved into a house with a Samsung Family Hub touch screen. How can I get the fridge to mirror my Samsung 6400 series. It will not recognize my tv, just the tv that was previously in the house and it shows that tv as disconnected.

QuestionIs the water filter good enough to be able to drink off it. We are in Ladera ranch California where water quality is good but we buy bottled water for drinking. I just bought this fridge and would like to know how good the water filter is.

- Answer One it counter depth which is a not as deep as the regular refrigerator. The larger sized one sticks out further from the cabinets as most refrigerators do.

QuestionThe length of the product's depth is greater than the size of my home's entry door. Are the doors removable, and if so what is the depth with the doors removed? Also, will Best Buy's Geek Squad be able to accommodate doing so during delivery? Thank you.

- Answer Excellent questions Elliott. The doors are removable, and instructions can be found beginning on page 19 of the User Manual. Also, page 28 has a detailed diagram of the refrigerator that indicates the dimensions with and without the doors. QuestionAre the wheels adjustable ?

- Answer Wheels are used for moving the fridge. They can be positioned so they don't move. BUT, a full fridge is so heavy, you will not have this problem!! I would not worry about it. What should you worry about? Well, my condenser is full of ice. When I search this problem on the internet, I have learned that the fridge cannot be easily repaired and a fix would be at least $600. This is COMMON problem. It is a product defect. I do not recommend Samsung refrigerators regardless of the reviews. ONE YEAR WARRANTY from Samsung says it all. This product will break.

- Answer Yes, ir does. There was an update a few months ago and no supports Alexa. However, somethings so work better with Bixby on the unit. So, its basically your preference.
