“I need to take the right-hand door bins for cleaning, but they seem immovable and worse Samsung tell me they can't be removed. Can this be true? The model# is RF28R7201SR/AA and the bins are clear with white bases. Help would be gratefully received.”

• I have Model RF28R7201SR/AA Yes I can remove all my door bins. Just empty the bins first and then you have to lift up on the bins to remove them. Hope this helps.
