• A:Answer The tray for the ice maker just slides out. It has a slight friction feature to keep it in place when its closed. Give it a little stronger of a tug, and it should come out.

Q: QuestionI have had this for a week now. I couldn't get it connected to my app but my son got it on his. My question is, why can't I control the temp settings from the fridge control panel? it only shows the temp but won't let me change it

• A:Answer I'm happy to help with this, CatL! Changing the temperature should be as easy as tapping the "Fridge" or "Freezer" button until the desired temperature is displayed. One thing to note is that once the temperature is set, the display will return to showing the current temperature until the set temperature is reached. Another reason you may be having difficulty is if the control lock is engaged. You can determine this by locating the lock icon just above the "Door Alarm" button. If this icon is lit up, the control panel is locked, and you will need to press and hold "Door Alarm" for about 3 seconds. You should hear a chime and the lock icon will turn off indicating the control panel is now unlocked. The FlexZone is an adjustable section that can be used for a variety of items, depending on the temperature selected. Q: QuestionDoes this refrigerator come with a drip tray. Got the refrigerator today and it didn’t come with it. How can I get it. Went to bestbuy website, typed drip tray and it wasn’t showing the part I need. How do I phrase my search?

• A:Answer There is no drip tray. Just a small dent that collects a bit of water from drips and from melting ice. Keep it wiped down too since water spots will etch and try to not use a cloth that scratches the plastic.
