- Answer I want to check to make sure that it was hooked up properly. If Greek Squad did it or should be OK. If not then you need to have then come back or and check. You do have a warranty on it. Mine had been fine since day 1.

QuestionIs there a on and off switch in the refrigerator if the refrigerator is going to be open while cleaning? The refrigerator is going to be inserted in a built-in and I would have a hard time accessing plug.

- Answer Thanks so much for asking! This model does have a "Cooling Off" mode. This mode is generally used for retailers as the lights and buttons operate normally, but the compressor is shut off, and the refrigerator will not cool. To turn cooling off mode on/off, press and hold both the "Fridge" and "Cool Select Zone" buttons for about 6 seconds. The display should blink, then press "Door Alarm" once. When the refrigerator is in cooling off mode, the display will show "0" and "FF" in the temperature displays. ^Jecca
