“Is there more than 1 filter that may need replacing? We have a filter light on and it doesn"t seem to be the water filter? We have replaced that no too long ago. We replaced it again but the light is still on.”

• Hi there! We're so sorry for any confusion about this. The filter indicator light is actually run on a timer. Once you replace the filter, you'll need to manually reset the indicator light. You can do this by pressing and holding the "Ice Maker" button for about 3 seconds. ^Jecca

• Have you reset the filter alarm/counter? The refrigerator doesn't know when the filter has been replaced so you will have to reset it after replacing.
