A:AnswerThere are usually open box fridges, but don't seem to last long? I went to look for open door one, it was in Dallas? Before paperwork started it was gone.
A:AnswerI ordered this fridge back 8n July. It still hasn't been delivered. Looks like the end of November. When they delivered then I will be able to answer the question.
A:AnswerIf you remove the bins you should see small tabs toward the front of the filter just under the glass. If you squeeze them you should be able to lift eh glass while leaving the filter in place.
A:AnswerHey there Mike! To help with this, I have two sets of dimensions I can provide. The first is the full dimensions of the whole refrigerator: 35 3/4" W x 70" H x 36 1/2" D. I also have the dimensions of this model without the hinges handles and doors: 35 3/4" W x 68 7/8" H x 29 3/8" D. ^Jecca
A:AnswerWe're here to help with this! First, here is a link (https://bit.ly/3ohmjE9) to the user manual for this model. Page 36 has a diagram showing where each button is located on the control panel, and page 41 has instructions on how to change the freezer temperature setting. ^Jecca
A:AnswerI'm so glad you asked, Nina! The middle drawer on this model is a FlexZone. The FlexZone is a drawer that can be converted to hold many different types of food. This is especially useful for things that need a different temperature setting than the refrigerator or freezer sections. You can read more about this feature on page 40 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/3ohmjE9). ^Jecca

A:AnswerHi there! We're so sorry for any confusion about this. The filter indicator light is actually run on a timer. Once you replace the filter, you'll need to manually reset the indicator light. You can do this by pressing and holding the "Ice Maker" button for about 3 seconds. ^Jecca
A:AnswerAbsolutely, buddy! In fact, we've included instructions beginning on page 20 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/2UbK7Ne) for how to safely and properly remove and reattach the doors. ^Jecca
