Hello, I can see how this would be a little confusing. This refrigerator comes with an internal water dispenser in the refrigerator. It does have an idea maker but that is located in the freezer and the ice drops into a storage tray that is located in the upper bin of the freezer. I hope this help clarify the specifications of the refrigerator. ^Michelle
