“Cannot get subwoofer to work on my Samsung hw-850. Blue light is steady and vol up max. So far I don't hear $800 worth sound from just bar itself. I've repeated setup x3 & searched tv menu for help but no success. Is it compatible with Sony xbr65x750d?”

Plug your 4k DVD player directly into your sound bar HDMI 1 input then plug your arc from the sound bar to the tv and you will hear $900 in sound!! Took me 6 months to finally figure it out. Your sound bar will display Dolby atmos and has a blue led on the right corner when Dolby atmos is playing. Also there is a software update that I highly recommend. You will need to download the Samsung multiroom app from the play store.
