“This sound bar is is very quiet when watching T.V threw telus optic i can have the bar volume maxed out . Its really bugging me and i want to return it. I have updated the firmware and it still is unexceptable for a 1000 bar.”

I use an optical input and have not experienced any issues with the sound level. It is very loud on even low volume settings. It could be your sound source.

Did you use a 4k HDMI cable from the TV to the sound bar? If not hook up the sound bar using the correct cable. My sound bar is fantastic!
