“Is there any way of pairing the speakers to an OLED 4K LG TV with the TV remote volume? It seems i have to use two separate remotes. One to adjust the TV volume and the other that comes with the sound bar to adjust the volume on the soundbar.”

Yes, Go to the Device Connector app within the tv Once you connect the soundbar via that app, the last menu will ask if you wish to connect your remote your LG OLED remote will be able to ONLY control volume up/down and mute all the other features of the sound bar must be controlled with the soundbar remote (ie sound type, EQ, etc)
