You can definitely tell a difference in the bass. It sounds like your wireless subwoofer is not connected. Do you see the blue light ?

Please try again later.On the remote in the middle push the sound effect bottom and pick what kind of sound you like example ( clear, night, music ) that what control how much bass come out. And if you push the sound button in the middle it will on or off surround and that make a little difference in bass too.
