“I cannot select the optical input when ARC is plugged, as soon as I chose Dinput it shiwtches to ARC. If I unplug ARC then the optical input can be selected.I send the 5.1 using the external audio card from my pc because I red that ARC cannot send it”

ARC only on 2014 and newer equipment. All connected equipment must be capable of and set to CEC. "Consumer Electronics Control (CEC). CEC allows for a single remote to control features on up to 15 connected devices.
