QuestionDo the washer and drier have the hinge on the right or left?

- Answer Hi Erica, The door hinges on Samsung HE Front Load Washers (including the WF36J4000AW) are on the left, so the doors open from right to left, and aren't reversible. The Dryer doors come with the door hinges on the right, so they open from left to right when installed next to the Washer. The Dryer doors are reversible, however, so they can open in the same direction as the Washer if stacked on top. Instructions for reversing the Dryer doors are in the User Manual. QuestionChime at the end of the wash cycle.Is there any way to make the chime at the end of the wash cycle louder? I know how to turn the chime on and off.

- Answer When stacked using the required SK-5A Stacking Kit accessory, the WF36J4000AW Washer and matching Dryer are 77-1/2" tall. Samsung recommends leaving an additional 6" clearance above the stacked set for ease of installation and air circulation. Thanks for your interest, Ms. Samsung
