Q: QuestionDo both ovens have a temperature probe? Also, does the temperature probe display the current temperature of the food? I'm not asking if it shows the cook to temperature.

Q: QuestionI purchased the Samsung Double Wall Oven, the installer stated he needed an additional inch because the power cord needed to go behind the oven. This makes the depth 24.5 inches not 23.5. Why can't the wire go on the side of the oven to the box?

• A:Answer Unfortunately, I had the same problem! Since our cabinets were already custom-made to fit the ovens' descriptive measurements, they project out one-half of an inch and are not securely screwed to the wall. Grrr! The appliance installer told me that the ovens were too heavy to tip over and were safe. I don't like it, but I only notice it on one side, and that side is basically in a blind corner.
