“Do both ovens have a temperature probe? Also, does the temperature probe display the current temperature of the food? I'm not asking if it shows the cook to temperature.”

Rob, the range comes with a temp probe to use in the upper oven. I am including a link to the user manual starting on page 30 to support your concerns on the temp probe (https://bit.ly/3nSG8yQ). We thank you for choosing Samsung! ^Lena
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I took a look for you and there is only a temp prob connecting terminal for the top oven. It does display current internal food temperature when cooking. I have monitored my meat temp via my phone and my fridge. Also I was able to have it set a temperature and had it remind me when I was watching TV via smart home.
