No a Oven is NOT a Oven. This one by Samsung has amazing features no other one has. Now with 2 double the features. The inner Blue color is refreshing and the old Grey has been around my whole life. The slide shelves make super heavy dishes easy. My Kitchen isn't even done yet and I am using the oven

Fully remodeled my kitchen and I love how the oven looks; the black stainless really elevates the look of my kitchen. I had it installed in early December and it worked alright for the first little bit. That's where my positive commentary ends on this one. As you might imagine, I purchased a double oven because I have cause to use two ovens at once. Admittedly I had only used both ovens at once a few times since installing, but in March I noticed the oven would only allow me to run one oven at a time from the on-oven controls (the control panel at the top of the ovens). It has been an absolute nightmare to get remedied even though it is well within the warranty window. Samsung claims the 12 month warranty expired only 5 months after my purchase date and now I'm asking myself why I bothered installing a double oven if only one of the two units will ever work. Samsung Support has asserted multiple times they have updated the warranty but the (very poorly rated) assigned warranty company won't assess the issue without a hundreds of dollars diagnostic fee. That is more of a service review than product review, but the product should not already need service when it was only installed for 4 months before issues arose. Beyond this clear issue with functionality and warranty, the "smart" features I was sold on for this oven only work if you have a wifi button selected on your oven; this button automatically disables if you manually turn your oven on rather than through your phone. So to access these "Smart" features you must operate your oven fully through the app or remember to press the wifi button after every single bake. That may be another glitch related to the fact that only oven will turn on at a time when operated manually, but it is a big one for me all the same. I'm pretty tech savvy, but this has been an all around hassle.

Looks great, works great. Temperature matches the interior thermometer I added inside. I thought the shelves slid out automatically with the door, but they don’t. That would be nice. It’s hardwired so an electrician is needed to install.

If you like to cook and you're also a gadget freak, this oven is for you. Like Samsung Dryers, this oven features steam baking and steam roasting, and the results you get from these features are amazing. This double wall oven includes three self-clean settings, a keep warm setting, a setting for proofing dough, every kind of timer, even a "sabbath setting" for you religious types. The oven is Wi-Fi capable and you can be informed on your smartphone or tablet when the oven reaches your desired temperature or when your food is done. Finally, not all ovens are created equal. Unlike my last (Dacor) oven, the cooking temperatures on this double wall oven are accurate and remarkably consistent. I had no idea what I was missing until I started cooking with this Samsung oven!

I originally wanted to order a Kitchenaid but Samsung had much better design for my kitchen. I am so happy I went with Samsung. It is easy to use and it works fantastic. I love this unit and would give it beyond 5 stars

This is such an easy oven to use and has such terrific features. The Samsung Smart Connect/Control is fantastic! Cook (or stop cooking) from anywhere through the SmartHome app. Seems to be very accurate temperature and spacious. Great look and design.

New home and this double oven was a must! I am looking forward to cooking Thanksgiving for my family. Super easy to use. The black stainless is just beautiful.

Replaced a 20 year old oven and this one is saving us money in electric use. Can't beat the two ovens for holidays and "catering" for family and church get togethers. Only complaint has been the lack of a way to add some cook time after the timer has completed. You have to reset the temp and then the new time as if you're starting something new.

I love the new black stainless steel look, but what I did not realize is how careful you have to be with the care and up keep. Can't use products to clean it and only soft rag making sure you wipe a certain direction. I was extremely disappointed that the double oven had a scratch and everyone is pointing their finger at the other person, so no one is there to accept the exchange/repair. Due to the location it had to have been shipped that way but the manufacturer refuses to fix cosmetic which is sickening due to the cost of the double oven. There is a benefit to white appliances. I'm torn about recommending due to the pointing of fingers if something is wrong cosmetically with the appliance.

Oven looks and works great. Would like the alarm for the timer/cooktime is complete, it is hard to hear. really like the easy glide reack in the top oven. very happy with they way it cooks.

Works so well and look so good! And we love being able to connect with our oven.

The temperature control isn't accurate, 350 is about 325, but once you know that, everything is fine. For shorter people getting stuff out of the top oven can be a bit tricky, but again, once you learn how to do it, you'll be fine. Didn't think I'd like the wifi capability, but it's actually pretty cool.

We've only had this oven for 4 weeks and have not had a chance to utilize all the features yet. However so far, the oven is very efficient, it heats up very quickly and food cooks faster than our last oven. The physical features are great, very slick both on the outside as well as the inside. Love the blue interior. As for the functionality, the convection conversion is great, automatically cooks at a lower temp at a faster time. Haven't had a chance to use the water reservoir to steam cook anything, but that seems like a nice feature to have that most ovens do not possess. What I'm not thrilled about is how some of the features are not intuitive and given this is a Samsung -makers of everything electronic, I am surprised and disappointed that you have to enter in codes (numbers) to enable or disable certain features. It has a LED interface, how hard would it have been to have words light up rather than having to enter codes? When I was deciding on which oven to purchase, it was between this model Samsung and a Whirlpool; both had very comparable features and around the same price. The deciding factor was that the Samsung has the ability for you to connect to it via an app to set, start/stop, and check the status of it. A great convenience if it worked. I am an IT professional and I can't get the app to connect to the oven - again very disappointing. If it wasn't for that feature I actually would have gone with the Whirlpool. When pre-heating the oven, at a certain temperature, the oven seems to rattle quite loudly, but then goes away. It's installed properly so I'm not sure why it does that. One other thing worth mentioning: When this oven was first installed, it worked at that point, but the very next day it stopped working (neither top or bottom ovens would heat) and I had to get it replaced. The new replacement oven has been working fine, but the fact that the 1st one was pretty much DOA is disconcerting. How long will it be after warranty before this $3000 oven dies? Those issues and disappointments aside, overall, it is indeed a very slick and efficient oven and happy with my purchase.

Don't bother shopping around. It is beautiful on the outside, and the Blue on the inside amazing. It is simple to use yet cooks better than any other oven single or double on the marey

This Oven is AMAZING. There are so many features on it and it cooks everything so well!

We replaced a previous double oven with this and so far it has exceeded our expectations. Having a little difficulty getting connect to smart hub but hoping to get it resolved soon.

Really nice. The model above this has the physical dials, but I find this easier to work with basic and intuitive touchscreen controls. Yes, if you are very particular, you may want to consider the finger prints, but I’m good with an occasional wipe down if the panel. The outside is really well built. The handle is solid and the overall stainless fabrication around the edges of door is much better than the Bosch I’d seen in store. Inside the blue finish is really beautiful. Premium pull out drawer in each oven will come in handy for turkey day. The convection fans are nice. Ive only used it a handful of times but it’s really nice so far. Haven’t tried to do the self oven cleaning, but I’ll def check the manual if I do attempt to do so.

Love the oven. Very easy to use. Cooks everything at a great speed.
