Great appliance to date - also kudos to the installers

The oven itself is attractive, the features are great (on the surface), the lights are a huge upgrade to our previous oven. However the wireless feature is a joke and is hard to use, you need to keep the smart control option on, but if you open the oven or do anything to it, it turns off. If it looses wi-fi it turns off… the only one to turn it back on to control the heating remotely is to walk up to the oven and turn it on. The most annoying thing about the oven however is the build quality (internally). It rattles, buzzes and drones all the time and Best Buy even replaced it once, second one does similar loud rattling. The product has promise but it’s failing in too many categories to succeed.

Refrigerator doors, which were loaded with some white grease like substance, squeak every time they are opened. Not what I would expect for this kinda of money.

I like the 'steam' bake option. The full pull out shelf is also very nice.

Love it! I was unsure how the steam cook would do. Everything has been very moist.

Warning: Do Not Buy This Product. Consistent with other reviews, it is a fire hazard and neither Best Buy or Samsung take ownership is assisting. One yr and 2 months after unit installed by Best Buy, the control panel blew causing a smokey mess in home. Filed a claim with Samsung but they have no service providers that can assist in this area (even though it is one of the largest metropolitan cities in the nation). After scheduling 2 appts for Best Buy to uninstall unit, they cancelled both on the days of service, informing us we need to find an electrician instead. Almost a month later and all we have for $4k is a fire hazard wall art. Will never buy anything from Best Buy or Samsung again.

easy to use, very good quality. This oven if very quiet compared to our old convection oven.

Haven't had a chance to discover all the goodies this double wall oven has but boy did it make Thanksgiving easy!!!

Temperature is right on! Has thermometer for meats that connects directly from oven. Steam cleans instead of old ovens which get to 600’ & can cause fires. Also steams for baking, convection convenience. Love my roll out rack so I don’t burn my arm pulling shelf out..Love my bougie oven!!

The oven displayed an error as soon as it was turned on. I called support and they gave me the run around for hours before finally supplying me with a link to schedule a repair appointment that was inaccessible. When I finally got an appointment, they said my warranty expired months before I even purchased the product! Unbelievable!

Easy to understand functions. Appealing style, doesn't overwhem.

This oven is great. Lots of features, bells and whistles. Easy to use.

Replaced a 19 yr old unit so things have changed. I like the easy to read displays. I do a lot of baking and roasting and like the double convection ovens and that they can adjust my recipe standard temps to convection temps. Its nice I can broil in either unit also.

Great product, my only issue, is you can't set top oven to warming, only bottom oven. All other double ovens I've had could set both ovens to warming.

Best Buy gave us a good birthday discount with this already quality and beautiful double oven. We waited for 3 months in the other store and got tired waiting and cancelled it but BestBuy readily have this oven in less than 2 weeks!!!

Nice oven, the steam function is great. Had to return our first one because steam function didn’t work. On our second one the buttons are harder to push.

It has only been installed for a month but already the extra wide space and cooking options are impressive. Love that there are timer options for both the upper and lower ovens! It has been preheating so quickly and cooking very evenly.
