Questionit show that the hood is available for purchase but when I try to add it to my cart i get a red notice that its been an issue adding git and to try again but it won't let me purchase it. what do I do?

QuestionDoes the rangehood not come with the grease filter? I mean the item in picture 7. The manual reads like it should. Mine doesn't have them. I understand the charcoal filters are separate.

- Answer Hi there, The Hood has only one weather requirement for installing in a cold area. See below: COLD WEATHER installations should have an additional backdraft damper installed to minimize backward cold air flow and a nonmetallic thermal break to minimize conduction of outside temperatures as part of the ductwork. The damper should be on the cold air side of the thermal break. The break should be as close as possible to where the ducting enters the heated portion of the house. - Answer Yes, it can be ventless, which is why it's called "convertible" (don't know why the other person said it wan't, but it is.) To convert it, you need to buy an additional recirculation kit--which is rarely in stock, anywhere. FYI, it is Samsung NKAF020FNB, and called The Samsung Hood Recirculation Kit.
