I miss read when I took the plunge. The key word is "monitoring" that is used in the description for it's wifi capabilities of this induction cooktop. The timer doesn't shut off any of the burners. I hope they come up with an app that can control the timer where it can shut off the individual burners. However if you purchase a matching Samsun wifi range hood, that can be "controlled" and shut off remotely.
