• Yes, the Flex Cook Zone on the NE597N0PBSR uses the same induction technology as the other cooktop elements, but can be used as either two separate elements or one large one which is helpful if you're using a griddle or other large pan. This model also features a 5.9 cubic foot True Convection oven with 3 racks (including a split rack for added flexibility) and a warming drawer. Thanks for considering Samsung! Ms. Samsung
