“Where are controls to adjust temperature on stove top? I own the discontinued FTQ307. I like the location of the controls to change the power to the cooktop. They are on the lower right front of the cooktop - so you never have to reach over cooking food or boiling liquids to adjust the temperature. The pictures of this model stove (NE597N0PBSR) do NOT include a photo of the control panel! What does the control panel look like? how and where do you adjust for power to the cooktop? thank you”

Both the cooktop and the oven controls on the NE597N0PBSR are located on the back splash, which enables the increased size and flexibility in the layout of the cooking zones. See the attached image from page 21 of the user manual which shows the full control panel as it appears on the back splash.
