Q: QuestionI bought and installed this back in october of 2020 when we remodeled our kitchen. The door handle of the microwave rattles a bit and continues to loosen. How is this tightened? The user manual (all 3 of them) that came with it, does not address this.

Q: QuestionI installed this unit recently. However, the drawer underneath the oven gets really really hot. Is that normal ? The unit is rested on plywood.

• A:Answer Supposedly it does. But good luck with that. I tried once and both doors got locked. Could not be opened for weeks even though the service guys tried and tried. At the end when they opened the doors and replace the whole dashboard, the service guy advised me not to use this function ever again.

Q: QuestionWill this oven microwave unit operate on a 30A 240V circuit? The specs call for a 40A circuit however the specs also state 3230 Watts. 3230 Watts is less than 20 Amps on a 240 circuit.
