Thanks for the question. You can avoid using the convection feature on your FE710 range by pressing the "Bake" option on the control panel rather than the "Convection Bake". One of the benefits to convection cooking is its ability to seal in moisture and flavor, which should help to prevent foods from drying out. If you're finding your baked goods are drying out when using the Convection Bake option, it may be helpful to reduce the temperature even more than the automatic 25-degree adjustment, or reduce the amount of time the food is baking. - Ms. Samsung
