“Snapping-Popping noise when pulling out freezer drawer At some times - not all the time - when the bottom freezer door is pulled out a popping noise happens when the drawer is about 4 inches extended - it seems to be coming from the lower right of the drawer - but I cannot see anything binding or loose or in the way - any ideas? Also - what is that antennae looking wire that is screwed to the top rear of the unit? thx”

There is a spring loaded latch on the side of the freezer drawer. when the drawer is pulled out the spring is compressed, it is so when the drawer is closed the spring latch keeps the drawer closed tight. the latch does not stay engaged and the poping sound you hear is the spring popping the latch.
