“Water leaks into bottom crisper drawer We bought a floor model of this fridge. The filter had not been installed while it was in the store. When we installed the filter, we still had water dripping in the crisper drawer, maybe a pint per day. Can you help troubleshoot the issue? Water does come out of the dispenser and we did run a few gallons through it.”

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your new RF323TEDBSR. It isn't unusual to have a few drops of water in the drawer or elsewhere in the fridge due to humidity and condensation, but if a significant amount is accumulating service may be necessary to determine the cause and find a solution.
