I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your new RF323TEDBSR. It isn't unusual to have a few drops of water in the drawer or elsewhere in the fridge due to humidity and condensation, but if a significant amount is accumulating service may be necessary to determine the cause and find a solution. Please check to make sure the filter is installed securely and locked in place. If the problem persists, call 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to assist you.
