A:AnswerYes. Both ice makers can be shut off independently. Just tap the ice button on the control panel above the water and you will see the Ice lights either turn on or off. Just tap it, don't hold the button. You will cycle through some combinations until you find what you want.
A:AnswerOn the water pressure, I am not aware of any adjustment within the refrigerator, but most connection points to the house plumbing include a valve. In our past refrigerator, we had to close the valve a turn or so to reduce the flow slightly. It may take a few attempts to find the sweet spot.
A:AnswerCall and have it changed, because we have one & it's quite. We had an LG & the noise was so bad because the fans on the freezer would freeze and the noise was bad. Have it change its you money.
A:AnswerThanks for your interest. Key differences between these two models include the overall capacity and the icemaker design. The 29 cubic foot RFG296HDRS features Samsung's Dual Icemaker which can produce up to 10.1 lbs of ice per day under ideal conditions using both the upper and lower icemaker. The 32 cubic foot RF323TEDBSR features the upgraded IceMaster icemaker in the refrigerator compartment which can make up to 10 lbs of ice per day on its own; when both the upper and lower icemakers are in use, the combined total production is approximately 11.8 lbs.
The RF323TEDBSR owes its larger overall storage capacity to a variety of design changes compared to the earlier model, including the more compact size of the icemaker and the slightly greater depth of the case. The overall depth of the RF323TEDBSR case is 30-7/8" compared to 29-1/4" for the case of the RFG296HDRS. The upgraded model also includes the independently-controlled Cool Select Pantry Drawer in the fridge.
These two models have a lot in common, as well. Both feature Samsung's signature Twin Cooling Plus which helps keep food fresh longer, and efficient LED lighting, which is actually upgraded to the more efficient HE LED in the RF323TEDBSR.

A:AnswerYou have to understand how the fridge works - it has a fan that blows air behind the freezer to chill the air down and then distributes air around the top compartment. In order for that air to be able to circulate - the gap is left (just like under the internal doors in the house, so HVAC works)
A:AnswerThere are a number of differences between the RF261BEAE and the RF4287HA that could contribute to the weight variation. The RF261BEAE model has an internal water dispenser and automatic icemaker in the freezer, while the RF4287HA has a through-the-door ice and water dispenser with the icemaker located in the refrigerator compartment. The RF261BEAE has 3 doors, while the RF4287HA is a 4-door model, meaning it has a standard double French Door and freezer drawer, plus a middle Flex Zone drawer with independent controls. The two models also use a different type of insulation, which enables an additional 2.5 cubic feet of storage in the RF4287HA (28 cubic feet vs. 25.5 in the RF261BEAE).

A:AnswerThanks for the question. The RF323TEDBWW actually has a 2-layered lever: one for ice and one for water. Please refer to the attached illustration from page 15 of the user manual for clarification.

A:AnswerTry keeping your freezer part a little cooler. Make sure your door is sealing properly especially around the ice maker. I have the ice in the lower freezer also. It is frozen more solid and is much better for mixed drinks and does not melt near as fast.
A:AnswerYes, the doors and drawer can be removed to enable the RF323TEDBWW refrigerator to fit through doorways as narrow as 31.5". Instructions can be found in the user manual, or you can refer to the Support page on Samsung's website for the SPSN videos on both disassembling and reassembling the doors and drawer. Your Best Buy delivery team should be able to remove and reassemble the doors and drawer for you, despite the location of the water and ice dispenser. Please call 888-BEST BUY for assistance with this and other delivery questions.
Thank you,

A:AnswerI'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your RF323TEDBSR. Please check the water filter to make sure it's installed correctly. If it was removed/replaced recently, try dispensing 5-6 gallons to ensure there is no air in the lines which can cause dripping. In addition, make sure the left door is sealing properly and the flap leading to the ice chute from the ice maker is able to close to prevent warm air from melting the ice and causing it to drip into the dispenser area. If the problem persists, I would suggest calling 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who can help determine whether service will be necessary.
