A:AnswerYes it works 2 ways. 1st it lights up when you hit the keys then goes of in a second. 2nd you can push the light button and it will stay on longer. Both work great.
A:AnswerThis television uses Samsung's Smarthub app, which in turn runs many service-specific apps. Unfortunately, the Smarthub website does not have a comprehensive list, and there are too many to list here. Here are the biggies as of 12/2016:
Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Google Play, YouTube, Twitch, HBO Now, HBO Go, Crackle, Showtime, Vudu, Cinema Now, Flixster, Pluto TV, NBC, Playstation Now, Gamefly Streaming, Vimeo, BBC News, Al Jazeera, Fandango Now, Pandora, Spotify, Daily Motion, TED, Sirius XM, iHeart Radio, Plex, Facebook, Starz, MLB, NBA, WWE, NFL Sunday Ticket,
Conspicuously missing are CrunchyRoll, C-Span, and NASA TV.
A:AnswerMy hearing is not perfect. I had to play around with the sound - as I do on all TVs. There is a setting for "clear voice" in the audio presets. It supposedly raises the voice level above the other sounds. But, I like the "amplify" setting better. It raises things too (I'm not sure exactly what!) - and for me it's easier to understand the voices.

A:AnswerYes this TV - Monitor has the ability to receive the newer over the air Digital local channels. Simply attach an antenna to the COAX connector on the side of the unit, then use the on-screen setup procedures to auto-scan for local digital channels in your area. After the scan is complete you will have lots of "FREE" programing available at your fingertips. This TV - Monitor also has a great TV guide and the ability to create custom channel lists. Hope this "Answer" helped resolve your question.

A:AnswerYou have to get a cable box. I had to pay for one too and don't skip the HD box because your picture and sound will be bad. I already tried the cheaper method, save yourself some trouble.
A:AnswerYes the refresh rate is 60 but due to the fact that this is just a 32 inch tv
the refresh rate doesn't really play a factor in the quality of the picture when your tv is this small. HZ. starts to play an important role if your tv is about 40 inch's or larger
