“The burner knobs on my cooktop are part metal but part plastic. Unfortunately the plastic parts have cracked and broken in spite of glueing them back together and even putting metal clips on them. I need to purchase only the plastic parts. Please advise.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same thing here - The knobs are designed to break at the stem where there is some weak plastic material. The new ones cost ~$200. This is planned obsolescence. Terrible design and horrible intent. Not buying Samsung anymore,
