A:AnswerHello! The refrigerator offers the dispenser lighting feature. You can turn on/off the dispenser light by holding down the alarm button for three seconds. Thank you for being a Samsung customer! ^Lena
A:AnswerThe special feature is that in about two years ice will start building up behind the back panel will interfere with the fan which will then make an annoying noise. After that, you will need to defrost it every two weeks to prevent the problem. Google "Samsung Refrigerator Fan Noise"
I'd avoid Samsung refrigerators.
A:AnswerMine was very difficult to turn the first time to but it turns 90 degrees counterclockwise. The book says you can then pull the filter out. In my case I could only pull it out about a quarter of an inch. Then if I turned it another 90 degrees counterclockwise it pulled right out. There are rubber O-rings at the end of the filter and if they are dry they may be very difficult to turn.
A:AnswerFridge makes small noises besides the water/ice. Our last fridge was quieter but my family likes the ice quality of this fridge. We also have open concept home and we have learned to ignore the noise
A:AnswerHi there! This link (https://bit.ly/2u7A52l) has steps that will walk you through how to remove any of the shelves and bins in the refrigerator. ^Jecca
A:AnswerThis fridge is GARBAGE!! Had it for 4 years & has been a piece of junk since the first year! Freezes over, ice maker has a major design flaw & freezes shut, water line flooded my kitchen after the last time it froze over.
A:AnswerYes, you can! I wondered this myself because I saw in the description somewhere you could not. It does, in fact, have two different ice selection, crushed and cubed and works wonderfully.
