• SmartTV capable Blu-Ray players do have Netflix, and other App capabilities. Many Apps have programming included, but it will not stream free cable, and it doesn't have a tuner for an antenna. It would be streamed content only. Thanks for your interest in Samsung products. --Mr.Samsung
