You can hit pause and lid will unlock, allowing you to add more thing. Yes it's high efficiency
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is a high-efficiency machine which means you will not be able to add clothing half-way through the wash, just at the beginning (usually the first ten to fifteen minutes.) They are usually extremely quiet though.

You will have to press pause and wait a few seconds for it to unlock....except if it is in spin cycle.. you have to wait several minutes until the spinning completely stops.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It behaves like an HE as far as water is concerned. It is not quiet, and the lid locks once you press start, so you will not be able to add or remove anything without cancelling the cycle.

(You have to pause it as the door locks once it starts) it is not wisper quiet. Its a little louder than i expected but much quieter than my old machine.
