“SuperSpeed on WF42H5400AW? I just purchased this washer because I was attracted to the SuperSpeed option that features additional high pressure spray nozzles to provide “a more thorough wash cycle than any other washer on the market”. Super speed reduces the wash time without reducing options chosen.. May be a misunderstanding.

The nozzles at the top of the door opening serve different functions; only one of them is for the SuperSpeed spray jet. Since SuperSpeed adds a gallon of hot water when selected, this option isn't available when a cold water wash is selected, and is available only for select cycles. It's also worth noting that it may not be possible to see the jet actually spraying depending on how full the washer is. I hope this answers your question, Ms. Samsung
