We discovered that the water pressure coming through the hot water hose was causing the valve to shut off. This is an emergency shut-off feature that we were not aware was present in the new stainless hose that we purchased. The problem seems to have been corrected by turning the hot water pressure down a little bit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your new washer. If you've already tried the available troubleshooting as described in the user manual and the problem persists, then service may be necessary. Before contacting service, please confirm that you aren't using a flood safety device or special hoses on your washer since these could interfere with the water flow. I would also suggest running the Calibration mode on your washer if you have not done so already (see page 17 of the user manual). While this may not be directly related to the "nF" error, it does have some bearing on the washer's performance as it relates to the weight detection so could indirectly affect the amount of water required for a particular cycle. If, after checking these items, the problem persists, please call 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who can assist in scheduling service, if necessary. Thank you, Ms. Samsung
