Q: QuestionWhenever I start a normal load it begins at 59 minutes and begins to count down but after maybe 15 minutes it resets back to an hour again. One load last night took me almost 3 hours?? How can I fix this problem?

• A:Answer Not sure on the exact db rating. To give an example, our kitchen table is 10feet from the laundry room, with the laundry room door open and the washer running, the only indication that its on is when a button on some clothing taps the glass window on the washer. Spin cycle is pretty quiet as well. I am thourougly satisfied with my purchase. You wont regret this machine. Hope this helps
