“I just got this washer a week ago installed by best buy, one thing I have noticed is after the washer cycle is complete there is a little puddle of water remaining on the rubber that does not drain. Anyone else experience this problem?”

Yes, but for me it evaporates quite quickly as I leave my door ajar to ensure no mold/mildew buildup.
