A:AnswerAs per the smart things pros, my washer and dryer are out of support or no longer able to connect to smart things. These washer and dryers I got it for last thanks giving (2020) and now they are not supported. As per them even the Samsung smart home adapter cannot be used as well. My washer models WF45K6500AV and dryer - DV45K6500EV.

It now vibrates horribly during the spin cycle and makes a loud motor noise to be heard throughout the house.
