“Not able to connect to smart things. I tried on Samsung S21 and also on IPhone 11, nothing worked out. Is there any steps that need to be followed. I am not able to connect to washer and dryer.”

As per the smart things pros, my washer and dryer are out of support or no longer able to connect to smart things. These washer and dryers I got it for last thanks giving (2020) and now they are not supported. As per them even the Samsung smart home adapter cannot be used as well. My washer models WF45K6500AV and dryer - DV45K6500EV.
