“Can the Samsung silver steam washer do a very small load? Such as a few delicates? I have heard that the newer HE front load washers will not wash just a few delicates or just one pair of shorts, etc? Is this true with the Samsung?”

All washers are intended for use that utilizes all or (in some cases) none of its capacity. You can wash one sock or a king size comforter in the WF448. Or if you are just using your "Silver Care" cycle for the mold prevention, you don't have to put any clothes in. Hope that helps! Love and happy washing!!!!
