A:Answer As of early 2018, a Samsung washing machine plant in Newberry, SC, USA, has been online producing washing machines! I recently purchased (11-16-2018) a Samsung, Front Loading, 4.5 cu, Washer... and found there's a tag on the front of the washer, after you open the front door, toward the bottom. On the tag you'll find: Model, Serial Number, Date of Manufacture, and Origin of Assembly. I'm VERY pro US manufacturing and was happy to find my washer was born on October 18th, 2018 in South Carolina.
