QuestionHow does the hand wash cycle work on this machine? I am specifically looking for a machine that has a hand wash cycle. When I did a google search this machine/model came up as having it, but I didn't see one on the control panel.

- Answer I like the delicates cycle on this washer. Seems to clean clothes well yet very gentle. You can choose water temps and spin level.

- Answer I would not choose the Samsung 9 Cycle high efficiency top loader because it gets off balance with blankets, so rugs are probably the same.

QuestionWe would be cutting it close on the space front to back. Are the water supply and drain connectors recessed, or do they add to the depth measurement?

- Answer My machine installed and in place is just under 33" from the front most part of the washer to the wall. I could probably snug it back a fuzz more , but then risk putting stress on hoses and drain tube

- Answer Yes, I love this feature. My old washer did not have a pause, you had to cancel the cycle or let it run out before it would unlock.
