Would Best Buy be able to haul away my old unit? null

There is an extra fee for that, not sure if the fee varies per location. Bestbuy just recently hauled my old one away. If you are ordering online there is an option to have them haul it away.

Yes, Best Buy will haul the old washer away. I think I was charged $14.99 for the service and if you are doing the recall Samsung said they will cover that charge as well. Just needs to be on seperate line of the receipt. I called ahead to set it up with delivery of the new machine.

I purchased this washer and the matching dryer in December of 2016, so far no complaints. Best Buy will haul away your old unit for $14 each unit...make sure you select this option when purchasing online.
